“Great value, easy selection and quotation, confirmation, great experience = very happy customer. I chose my tyres on the website during my lunch on the Friday and submitted the booking to have them fitted after work on the Monday. I also submitted some comments regarding time of arrival, additional requirements and queries relating to an exhaust review. I printed off the booking online and also quickly received clear confirmation via e-mail. I rang mid day Monday to confirm estimated time of arrival and the person that answered the phone knew exactly which booking it was and all the associated information, which made the call easy, confidence building and refreshing. On arrival I received polite, friendly and a professional approach from all staff. Other customers were happily waiting and the waiting time for all was short. My 4 tyres had soon been fitted to specification and at the quoted price and my exhaust had also received some TLC free of charge and we were soon on our way. If only all experiences were like this. I definatley highly recommend this business. ”
